Managed Testing

Test automation, performance testing, UAT support and test governance with SLA/KPI.

Overview

We provide managed testing services as a standalone discipline — from functional and regression testing through integration & system testing to performance and load testing.

Our test automation uses Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium for web and mobile tests, JMeter, LoadRunner, and k6 for load and performance scenarios, and Postman, SoapUI, and RestAssured for API tests. Defect tracking and test management run on Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, and qTest. Mobile testing is performed on real devices and cloud platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs) with Android Studio and Xcode.

Our service catalog includes functional & regression testing, test automation development & execution, integration & system testing, UAT support, production defect validation & root cause analysis, smoke & sanity testing in CI/CD pipelines, environment readiness checks, and reporting with continuous improvement.

SLA-based test governance ensures: test execution coverage > 98% per sprint, regression tests ≤ 24 hours after code freeze, UAT/prod bug triage Sev 1 ≤ 4 hours, QA sign-off 100% within sprint review period, test environment availability > 99%, and automation suite stability < 5% flaky tests.

Typical use cases

  • Managed testing services with > 98% test execution coverage per sprint
  • Test automation with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium
  • Performance and load testing with JMeter, LoadRunner, and k6
  • API testing with Postman, SoapUI, and RestAssured
  • UAT support and production defect validation with root cause analysis
  • Smoke & sanity testing in CI/CD pipelines
  • Mobile testing on BrowserStack, Sauce Labs with Android Studio and Xcode
  • Test governance with SLA/KPI tracking and < 5% flaky tests
  • Regression tests ≤ 24 hours after code freeze
