A diversified conglomerate needed to digitize occupational health & safety (OHS) across many business units, locations, and external suppliers. Each unit had its own processes and requirements, but the group needed a unified platform with group-level transparency. Employee data and location information were scattered across an enterprise data lake and needed secure integration.
We built a multi-tenant SaaS platform with three portal tiers: Global (group view), Tenant (business unit), and Supplier/Visitor. A granular role-based access control model (RBAC) ensures each tier sees only relevant data. Integration with the enterprise data lake automatically provides current employee and location data.
Multi-tenant architecture with configurable OHS processes per business unit. Three-tier portal structure: Global, Tenant, and Supplier/Visitor. Granular role-based access control with inheritance and delegation. Supplier and visitor portal with self-registration and instruction workflows. Automatic data-lake integration for employee master data and location mapping.
One governed OHS platform spanning the entire group — configurable per unit, transparent for the group. Suppliers and visitors are systematically captured and instructed. The RBAC model ensures data separation while maintaining group-level oversight.
