What nearshore costs
Nearshore hourly rates for senior profiles typically range from €45–85/h — that is 40–60% below comparable DACH in-house costs. But the hourly rate alone is not decisive: coordination overhead, delivery quality, rework and time-to-market determine the real project price.
Three billing models
Dedicated team: fixed monthly rate per profile — predictable, transparent, adjustable monthly. Product development: fixed scope or sprint-based, with defined deliverables and milestones. Managed services: predictable retainer with SLA for operations, maintenance and evolution. In a first call we recommend the right model and make costs transparent.
Why nearshore is cheaper — without quality loss
The cost saving comes not from lower quality but from structural advantages: lower cost of living in EU nearshore locations, efficient team structures and elimination of expensive recruiting cycles in the German market. Quality remains comparable — our teams work with the same tools, standards and processes as your internal developers.
Transparency and no hidden fees
All terms are open: fixed rates, no setup fees, no placement commissions, no retroactive surcharges. You know exactly what you invest per month before the project starts. When scaling, only the number of profiles changes — the price per profile stays stable.
